It should be a delicious company anniversary outdoors – with its theme of street food. In order to achieve optimum design of the outdoor spaces, customer requests and the requirements of the caterer, Team Gastronomie, were factored in when creating the outdoor concept. It was important to the organiser that every one of the 1,500 guests get their money's worth and that no one should have to stand in queues for their food. That's how the idea of a street food mile with numerous food stations spread across the company's grounds came about. To create this, Party Rent erected individual pagoda tents and transformed these individually into cooking and buffet areas based on the caterer's requirements and ideas. A wide variety of dishes were offered at individual market stalls – something for everyone. Guests enjoyed aromatic snacks under the shade of sun umbrellas, standing at Bornholm tables and sitting on beer tent furniture.
