On 1 July the Tour de France kicked off in Düsseldorf, the capital city of North-Rhine Westphalia. For the first stage of the most famous cycling race in the world, 1,000 cycling enthusiasts were guests in the "Allrounder" – the hospitality area on the Rhine terraces in the regional capital of Düsseldorf – and were able to follow the individual time trials in its exclusive surroundings. For the atmospheric setting, Party Rent decorated three reception rooms with high-quality designer furnishings on behalf of the City of Düsseldorf.

The rustic wooden table meanders like a long workbench through the gently sloped VIP tent at the Hamburg Rothenbaum. A workbench with designer seats and flanked by lounge and counter furniture. The tent is reminiscent of the early years of the German Open, which also took place at the tennis complex. And yet much is new. It is the premiere of the Industry look that Party Rent has brought to the tent.

Frank Geurink is already very familiar with the challenge, as he helps to create the design concept for the KLM Open once a year. Working together with the event agency 'Adriaanse/van Kuyk Brand Events', which is responsible for designing the individual venues for the prestigious golf tournament, he puts together a new setting each year to surprise guests and reinvent the ambience of the pavilions installed at the venues.
The Solheim Cup is the most important intercontinental competition in ladies’ golf and is held every two years for the 12 best golfers from Europe and the US.The location for the tournament alternates between Europe and the US – this year it came to Germany for the first time.
