What an achievement: Over the course of 12 days, 13 Party Rent trucks carrying 535 m³ of equipment drove into the showground of the German Open at Rothenbaum in Hamburg. A complex terrace area was furnished with lounge and seating areas in the 4,000 square metre tent. Exhibitors also presented themselves in sponsor pavilions with furniture and catering equipment from Party Rent. This year, what many tournament visitors consider to be the most spectacular sports and hospitality area was also among the areas which needed to be equipped.  The concept was reminiscent of those in previous years, although there were many new features. Fresh accents were created on the terrace using white lounge furniture by HAY and a standing lounger by Dedon. Carefully selected Bornholm shelves created new effects in the Ontario Lounge.

Following Georgian Nikolos Basilashvili's triumph in the final against defending champion Leonardo Mayer, our Hamburg project team was back in the starting blocks to remove the equipment after nine days of the tournament. Within six days, the tournament area was restored to the original hockey and tennis landscape. The result is a great confirmation of the impressive work performed by Hamburg sports & entertainment GmbH.
