However, we did not only have our hands full with the installation on site. The event had been preceded by a joint planning phase with Culpepper Event Catering, a site visit with the customer, as well as a first sampling of the furnishing and a food tasting in our Berlin showroom. A CAD planning showed the effect of our furnishing concept in the location.
Then the concept needed to be realized: For the conferences, a plenum of 800 Dallas chairs was created, various workshops were each equipped with about 200 seats, and the stage equipment was also realized appropriately. The theme of the evening was: “Alice in Wonderland”. A wild mix of chairs in the cosy teahouse style invited you for a hatter’s dinner on tables with tablecloths laid askew. Many small details – a varied Campania glass mix, an elaborate table decoration, and themed lounge islands – made for an imaginative overall picture. In the various catering areas, Culpepper Event Catering provided a diverse menu for the well-being of all guests.
